Wow, what a game changer! I used Tailwind Endurance Fuel for the first time at the Scottsdale Rail Trail Run & Ride. Entering the 27km race I was nervous at the thought of trying something different on race day. I just wasn’t sure how I was going to go. I had been struggling from about the 22km mark in longer events previous, suffering stitches and muscle fatigue. I watched the Tailwind Nutrition discussion on the Bitumen 2 Bush website and followed their guidance. Sipping endurance fuel every 1km throughout, I waited for the inevitable wall to hit, but it didn’t.  I completed the race as I had started, still feeling great, I love it! This has definitely boosted my excitement for future events and opportunities.
